Has anyone ever taken morning glory seeds as an alternative to LSD and if so...?

what are the significant differences between the effects of the two? what is the most efficient way to prepare or ingest the seeds for those purposes?

p.s. dont give me any dont do drugs answers... this is a research and fact based question only... so only answer if you are going to give me a serious and true reply to the question.

No lecture from me... Here's a link that may help you.

Reply:My husband does that. Um...I don't partake in that so I'm the third party. It is an involved process. It takes a long time and the right seeds. He says it's different because he feels more aggresive on this high then he would shrooms. LSD is so outdated.
Reply:Don't try this if you have any kind of circulatory problem, as the mix contains a substantial amount of ergotamine. ( this could also cause an abortion).
Reply:ah, man. i actually tried this about a year ago. i have to say, it was REALLY unpleasant at the start. i got very very nauseous (this is due to the pesticides and chemically treated on the store-bought seeds. buy untreated). It is an alternative to LSD, but I'd rather take acid anyday. unfortunately, i took the seeds before bed, so i spent the night tossing and turning, going in and out of surreal dreams, visual and hearing hallucinations, and for some reason, i had a fascination with touching my skin all over. it just felt so great (not arousing), and i felt so comfortable and okay with my body.

the day afterwards, i didn't really want to eat food. i wasn't hungry nor full, but i felt really tired, and my head hurt terribly. there was some sort of dull ache behind my eyes that lasted for awhile.

overall, the experience wasn't too great. i can't smell morning glory seeds without literally feeling like i'm going to throw up; i believe it has left some sort of subconscious imprint on my brain, so that smelling it causes me to be quite nauseous. the after-effects were also unpleasant, and I prefer LSD because it seems to have less physical side effects, and is more intense. however, it is not as relaxing as morning glory seeds.

to take..take about 50-200 seeds (better to start out at 100 for the 1st time), and be sure to grind them up completely in a blender or with a hammer or something. LSA (the psycho-active ingredient in the seeds) is inside the seed, thus effects cannot be felt if you swallow it whole. now to warn you, it's extremely unpleasant to taste, so it can be mixed with fruit juice.

Not sure if you are intending to do this or not, but I wouldn't recommend it. It is certainly an interesting high, but the cons seem to outweigh the pros in my opinion. you will only end up feeling completely burnt out, and yes, it does have an extremely negative impact on the brain, especially a still-developing brain.
Reply:Morning Glory seeds contain lysergic acid amide, which is about 1,000 times less potent than LSD. The best way to ingest the seeds is to separate the vegetable pulp and fats with filtration and solvents so that you're left with just LSA. Have a look at www.erowid.org for more info.
Reply:Wrong forum to ask. Try a place like www.grasscity.com there is a forum there....I'm sure you can find a good answer.
