It's a cute saying for younger ppl...a morning glory is a flower that opens every morning..when we wake up it's like we are opening also...see? There is a deaper meaning to it and has to do with the journey we take at sleeping but you need not concern yourself with that aspect unless you want to.

Reply:Usually that's asked of a youngster first thing in the morning, after waking. My grandfather sometimes called me "morning glory" at the breakfast table.
