I see tiny holes in the leaves and buds. It spreads to more leaves now. Is there any way to treat the plant before it dies? I mean using organic solution to treat. How do I make this solution and spray on it? What should I use?

I used to get HOT peppers put them in the blender with some water and take a small brush and "paint the plant"
